What lies behind us
and what lies before us
are tiny matters
compared to what lies within us.

~Ralph Waldo Emerson
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." -Marianne Williamson

Hello. :) Thanks for commenting last week, it's been a very busy week, so I haven't had a chance to respond! I love your blog, especially this post. :) You asked what I was going back to school for....Health Information Technology. I have been a stay-at-home mom for 15 years. Before that, I did odds and ends type of jobs. When my 3rd baby was born in December of '07, 7 weeks early, we naturally spent lots of time in the NICU, and hospital in general. I liked the atmosphere, but what I know about myself is, I am NOT nurse/doctor material! I can't do the hands-on stuff. :) So, I am doing the next best thing (for me) and getting into the field through everything administrative! I have only just begun, and am going part-time, so I've got a ways to go. This fall, I am taking Anatomy/Physiology, and Intro. to Health Technology. The A & P class has me scared, but excited too. Last sememster I took Medical Terminology, and loved it! So anyway, that's the answer to the question you may or may not even remember asking! Have a great day today, it's hot in Maine, so I bet it's really hot in NC!! Take care and stop by...I'm At Home!
